POSITION SUMMARY:
Cinnamon Beach Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee our vacation rental properties in beautiful Palm Coast, FL. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining our properties to the highest standards, coordinating timely maintenance and repairs, and ensuring every home is guest-ready at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure all properties meet company standards.
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee repairs, maintenance, and vendor services as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest-reported issues, providing efficient and courteous resolution.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment; reorder as necessary.
- Ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functioning properly and safely.
- Keep accurate maintenance logs, reports, and records for each property.
- Assist in preparing properties for guest arrivals, including last-minute touch-ups and quality checks.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and property management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years experience in property maintenance, facility management, or a similar hands-on role.
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing and general repair skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel between properties required).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
