Parish Property Management 

Parish Property Mgt is our Long Term/Standard monthly rental arm where we management both Residential and Commercial Units to include apartment buildings, Singles, Doubles, Retail, office, and industrial buildings.  

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team and grow. We are looking for the right superstar who can manage our growing diversified portfolio of Short Term Rentals, Long Term Rentals, Apt's, CoWorking, and Commercial Spaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Property Mgt- Long Term Rentals 

  • Market and Fill Unit Vacancies 
  • Tenant Screening
  • Handle Eviction Process
  • Manage repair requests & Work Orders 
  • Make sure properties are rent ready
  • Rent Collections
  • Manage Unit Turns
  • Handle all insurance on properties
  • Mgt Service Contracts (Grass Cutting, Termite, Pest)
  • Prepare Annual, Quarterly, & Monthly Budgets

 
Property Mgt – Short Term Rentals 

  • Collect all Revenue from guests
  • Manage Daily Expense Log
  • Manage Maintenance Requests & Work Orders
  • Make sure properties are rent-ready weekly
  • Prepare weekly cleaning & maintenance schedule
  • Manage Daily Guest Issues
  • Handle billing issues with guests and platforms
  • Manage Auto Responses thru Automation
  • Manage tasks to the maid, laundry, and maintenance personnel 
  • Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable Cleaning, Laundry, & Maintenance Staff
  • Handle all contracts and leases with guests 
  • Handle Customer Complaints & Manage Expectations
  • Manage all 3rd party vendors & Suppliers 
  • Manage offsite Warehouse operations for Laundry, Linens, & Supplies
  • Supply Chain Mgt & Logistics 
  • Build Repeatable Processes to hold direct reports accountable
  • Run Monthly Revenue Reports  
  • Prepare Budgets & Forecasts 
  • Extreme Ownership of the Dept 
  • Hire & Train new team members as we grow

Please note that that you will not necessarily be responsible for actually doing all of these tasks but you will be accountable for ensuring that these tasks are completed.  This is why Leadership, Organization, and Communication skills are necessary.  We have a PM team of local, part-time, and remote staff in place who is waiting for you the Lead them!  Are you up for the challenge??

  • Microsoft 365 Suite – Teams, Outlook, One Drive, Sharepoint, One Note, Excel, Word, PowerPoint 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

On Track Earnings of $50,000 to $70,000 with Bonuses
