POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Property Manager at RealJoy PCB, you’ll oversee and maintain our Panama City Beach properties to the highest standards. Your responsibilities include managing team and vendor schedules, ensuring each property is cleaned, maintained, and guest-ready, resolving escalated guest issues, and developing proactive plans to keep homes in top condition.
The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You’ll focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining strong owner relationships, and managing your territory efficiently within budget—while fostering a happy, tenured, and motivated team that takes pride in their work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing team members schedules
- Managing vendor schedules
- Maintaining high cleaning and maintenance standards
- Handling escalated issues with guests
- Creating plans to keep the properties in excellent shape
- Maintain an average guest review score of 4.65 or higher - review scores based on guest feedback from online booking services that range from 1-5 stars (such as Vrbo, Airbnb and Expedia as well as direct bookings through our website)
- Take advantage of every opportunity to WTG (Wow the guest)
- Retain property owners by maintaining the property to the standards of the property owner's expectations.
- Manage your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 2-3 years management experience
- 2-3 years experience in property management or similar field
- Highly organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly adaptable
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Bonus
Quarterly bonuses based on KPI scores

Schedule
This position is a full-time, year-round, position located in Panama City Beach, FL.
Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days based on business needs.
Weekend work is required. Holiday work may be required based on business needs.
