POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Property Manager with Red Rock Property Management, you’ll be an essential part of our Cedar City team, helping create an exceptional living experience for our residents. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for both prospective and current tenants—guiding them through the leasing process, from property showings to signed leases, and ensuring maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
This position is based at our new Cedar City office and offers the opportunity to directly contribute to our growth in the area. Success in this role will come from your ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents by answering phones, greeting walk-ins, and responding to inquiries.
- Manage the full leasing process, including showings, applications, lease signing.
- Process and track maintenance requests to ensure timely completion and communication with tenants and vendors.
- Support the property management team with additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or related customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc).
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience using property management software (i.e. Appfolio, Yardi, or similar).
- Familiarity with fair housing laws and property management compliance.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
