POSITION SUMMARY:
Our team is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Property Inspector to assist us in inspecting and maintaining beautiful vacation properties across picturesque Central Oregon.
In this role, you won’t just be an employee but an integral part of ensuring our guests have a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
What's in a Day's Work?
Each day will involve driving out to visit our properties, where we’ll rely on you to be our eyes and ears, using your meticulous attention to detail and high-quality standards to ensure each home is in pristine condition. Your mission will be to systematically review each property to identify potential issues and provide valuable preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep recommendations. You'll also ensure that our cleaning services meet our high standards, guaranteeing that each home is ready for the next check-in.
To be successful, it will be super important for you to have exceptional time management skills and be highly reliable and detailed in your work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Commute to and from properties.
- Perform inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues.
- Perform minor maintenance repairs as required.
- Report large maintenance issues.
- Assist with the preparation of the properties for guest and owner arrivals.
- Restock amenities and deliver needed items to guests on request.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Detail-oriented and extremely thorough.
- Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic home repair and home systems is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience and achievement
