POSITION SUMMARY:
At Tahoe Rental Company, we're all about delivering unforgettable experiences in the heart of North Lake Tahoe.
As our Vacation Rental Property Inspector, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining the impeccable quality of our vacation homes in North Lake Tahoe. Your role will involve conducting thorough inspections to ensure that each property meets our exacting standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. By working closely with our property management teams, you'll play a pivotal role in resolving issues swiftly, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform home inspections to ensure properties are guest-ready.
- Help address and resolve home-related issues.
- Inspect and report damages to our operations team.
- Inventory homes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive, energetic attitude
- Must thrive in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to prioritize and multitask
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Must have a 4-wheel drive car and live in North Lake Tahoe
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $25.00 / hour
Part-time and Full-time positions are available.
Schedule: Regular business hours with the flexibility to be available evenings and weekends as needed.
