POSITION SUMMARY:
At Tahoe Rental Company we’re all about delivering unforgettable experiences in the heart of North Lake Tahoe. As our Property Inspector, your role extends beyond mere checks and balances.
Within the busy walls of our city office, you'll find a great team environment where every task matters. Here, you'll be the vital link between homeowners who entrust us with their investments and guests seeking their dream Tahoe getaway. Out in the field, the scenic landscape of North Lake Tahoe will serve as your office backdrop. Each day you’ll be responsible to ensure our properties uphold our promise of hospitality, comfort, and the luxury we're renowned for.
You’ll accomplish this by ensuring that every home is in top-notch condition and feels welcoming and inviting for every guest who walks through the door.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform home inspections
- Help address and resolve home-related issues
- Inspect and report damages
- Inventory homes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive, energetic attitude
- Must thrive in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to prioritize and multitask
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Must have a 4-wheel drive car and live in North Lake Tahoe
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $25- $30 based on experience and achievement.
