POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Property Inspector at Beyond Expectations, you’ll ensure our cabins consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and quality. In this role, you’ll conduct detailed post-cleaning inspections, flag any overlooked tasks or maintenance concerns, and provide clear feedback to both the cleaning team and management.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication skills. Your efforts will directly support our commitment to creating flawless stays and unforgettable guest experiences. Please note that this is a Full Time, Contract (1099) role with monthly pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform post-cleaning quality inspections of cabins
- Identify and report any missed cleaning tasks or maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with cleaning teams and management
- Maintain inspection records and submit reports as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Cell phone with camera and messaging capabilities
- Flexibility in scheduling (afternoon hours, variable days)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary - 1099 role
Estimated $1,500- $2,000 month
