We work with licensed and insured LOCAL vendors to help with the process. We provide innovative technology for the customer booking a vacation and an open line of communication with homeowners.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Inspector at Carolina Beach, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. The Inspector is responsible for meticulously inspecting properties after each turnover, conducting vacancy checks, and performing basic inspections to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and functionality. You will work closely with our cleaning and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly, and you'll have the opportunity to showcase your attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing our guests with a memorable stay in Carolina Beach. In addition to performing inspections, you will perform light maintenance, such as changing batteries, air filters, light bulbs, and resetting wireless routers. As part of your collaboration with the team, you will report outdated items to Property Manager(s) for review and/or replacement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect properties after each turnover, perform vacancy checks, and conduct basic inspections using company standards
- Ensure cleaners meet company cleaning requirements and schedule go-back cleans when necessary
- Verify all devices and appliances are in good working order and communicate with maintenance personnel for repairs
- Report maintenance tasks and collaborate with Property Manager(s) to determine appropriate tasks for outside vendors
- Monitor and organize property inventory, ensuring sufficient stock for all guests to maximum occupancy
- Coordinate with outside vendors to complete maintenance tasks prior to guests' arrival
- Inspect properties after outside vendor work to ensure company standards are met
- Professionally stage properties for incoming guests, including arranging gift baskets and linen displays
- Ensure parking passes, wristbands, and other HOA items are present in the unit for arriving guests
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move from location to location
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00
