POSITION SUMMARY:

Part - Time/Seasonal Opportunity

Your role is to provide 5-star service to both clients (owners) and customers (renters) by making sure all properties are impeccably maintained, cleaned, stocked, and staged, with all deadlines consistently met. You'll review the work of housekeepers, promptly reporting any deficiencies to both the office and the housekeeper, and will oversee corrections, offering hands-on help when needed.

Additionally, you'll help keep the Mill Pill Pond Realty building and Laura’s personal properties looking their absolute best, assisting with everything from cleaning and watering plants to light maintenance, both inside and out. It’s also important to ensure the office always makes a great first impression, maintaining a clean and welcoming appearance. Light maintenance tasks, such as painting or changing light bulbs, will also be part of your regular responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete quality assurance inspections. Inspections should include housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, quality, and upkeep of the properties.
  • Work with housekeepers to ensure all homes meet the standards of Mill Pond Realty.
  • Assist with last minute cleaning or small things missed by a housekeeper
  • Represent Mill Pond Realty with professionalism and integrity through your communication, attitude, and appearance with everyone you meet.
  • Keep company vehicles clean, neat, and organized.
  • Drive all company vehicles with safety in mind.
  • Offer five-star service to all who approach Mill Pond Realty.
  • Provide aide to all other roles and departments (real estate, reservations, marketing, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) as needed.
  • Attend networking, training, planning, and professional social functions as requested.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $16 - $20

Schedule: Part - Time/Seasonal

3-7 hours per day between 10am-5pm, 2-5 days per week. One weekend day is required.
