- Manage scheduling, call sheets, crew and talent logistics, prop organization, creative briefs and shot lists.
- Act as the on-site point of contact to ensure productions run efficiently and align with creative direction.
Asset & Workflow Management
- Maintain organization of all footage, selects, and deliverables via cloud-based systems (e.g. Google Drive).
- Collaborate with freelance editors, videographers, and designers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and overall tone across all video content.
Team & Vendor Communication
- Coordinate with freelance creatives including stylists, talent, and editors.
- Communicate creative briefs and expectations to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Based in Los Angeles with reliable transportation to travel to shoot locations.
- Must have professional and clear communication skills with a proactive approach.
- 1-3 years of experience in photography/video production, coordination, content creation - marketing or advertising work samples are a plus.
- Proven ability to create and manage content using raw footage, stock assets, and AI-generated visuals.
