POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the short-term rental space to drive innovation and execute product initiatives across Turno ahead of market demands.
Through your leadership and insight, you’ll help guide our platform’s evolution, enabling property managers to streamline operations, maximize productivity, and offer seamless experiences for their guests. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leverage user research, competitive insights, and market analysis to shape product requirements that support effective property management anywhere.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for Turno, both in the U.S. and internationally.
- Develop go-to-market strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, timely launches, and continuous product enhancements.
- Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to refine and improve existing products.
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of features on customers and the business, and recommend ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with design, development, data science, marketing, and customer success to drive product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources, set roadmaps, and guide the team through milestones.
- Present plans, progress, and results to senior executives, keeping stakeholders engaged and informed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years in Product Management within a technology-focused company.
- Proven experience driving full product life-cycle initiatives, from concept to execution.
- Experience building products or marketplaces specifically for the short-term rental industry.
- Deep understanding of the short-term rental market and industry dynamics.
- Strong metrics-driven mindset for product development, feature prioritization, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, UX Design, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.).
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and booking engines.
- Knowledge of short-term rental compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with mobile app development or web-based platforms.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 base + bonuses
