POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Pool Operator, your responsibilities will encompass cleaning, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing, among other tasks. This role may entail some guest interaction and is crucial for ensuring our luxury vacation homes are impeccably maintained and guest-ready.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cleaning, testing, and balancing the water chemistry on residential pools and spas.
  • Removing sand from pools and spas
  • Testing the water chemistry and adding chemicals as needed to maintain a safe and balanced level
  • Cleaning and organizing the pool deck area
  • Picking up trash around the property as needed when on properties
  • Interacting with vacation guests and home owners

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High school diploma
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to transport pool chemicals and equipment
  • Ability to work well on computers and electronic devices
  • Ability to carry 50lbs regularly

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $16.00
