POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our trailblazing team in this new, fully remote role.

Your mission? 

You will spearhead our performance marketing initiatives, ensure brand adhesion and alignment across all tactical marketing avenues. You'll be at the forefront of increasing brand awareness and our brand's growth through project management and creating data-driven marketing strategies. We’ll look to you as the architect behind our digital campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media engagement, playing a pivotal role in our growth.

Your precision and strategic abilities will shine as you enhance our visibility on Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms, boosting both our client acquisition and retention efforts.

But you won’t do this alone. You’ll work collaboratively alongside our Revenue, Sales, and Operations teams, leading projects and collaborating with contractors to reach new heights in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Put our brand playbook and vision into action across all platforms, ensuring brand integrity in every campaign and communication.
  • Oversee our 3rd party digital marketing agencies to ensure positive ROAS, effective digital marketing that drives booking revenue, and website SEO to increase direct bookings.
  • Lead and manage marketing projects, including timeline, scope, and resources, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Establish content calendars for our various audiences and execute related deliverables using both internal and external resources.
  • Collaborate with team and contractors to drive and optimize acquisition and retention strategies across all digital channels, and standard marketing, focusing on measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Champion innovative marketing solutions and technologies that enhance our digital footprint and customer engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years Vacation rental industry experience is preferred
  • A proven performance marketing manager with a knack for leading digital-first initiatives.
  • Highly experienced in turning marketing data into actionable insights, with a focus on ensuring high ROI on all paid marketing campaigns.
  • A strong writer who can both craft and review compelling content based on brand guidelines.
  • Able to articulate a cohesive strategy across both internal and external terms and meet deliverable deadlines.
  • Able to blend a data-driven approach to marketing without sacrificing brand tone, voice, and messaging.
  • Knowledgeable in the vacation rental industry and understanding unit optimization metrics across OTAs.
  • Experienced in using CRMs/Marketing Automation, and have an above-average ability to effectively leverage Hubspot (or similar) to consolidate data, segment marketing campaigns, and manage databases.
  • Committed to lifelong learning, always looking for new trends, tools, and strategies in the digital marketing space.
  • Thrive in a cross-functional team environment, working towards shared goals with enthusiasm and dedication.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours, with the flexibility to work overtime as needed.
