Join us at Beachside Vacation Rentals as our new full-time Painter. You’ll be an important part of our team, focusing on both interior and exterior painting across our beautiful Cocoa Beach properties. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply your precise approach to both interior and exterior painting projects across multiple locations.
- Ensure each painting job meets our high standards for quality and aesthetics.
- Prepare surfaces meticulously before painting to guarantee the best finish.
- Collaborate with the team to manage supplies and maintain equipment. (Supplies will be provided)
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Review completed work to ensure it aligns with project requirements and company standards.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve efficiency and outcomes in painting processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience with construction or painting projects.
- Strong ability to follow instructions to achieve the desired results.
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
- Reliable and focused, with a knack for maintaining high-quality work under minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina to handle a full day’s work on your feet.
- A cooperative team player who also works well independently
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $17 - $20 per hour based on experience and achievement, paid upon completion of each job.

Availability: Must be able to work full-time regular business hours with the flexibility to work after hours to see a job through to completion as needed.
