POSITION SUMMARY:
Red Rock Vacation Rentals is seeking a dedicated Owner Services Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our valued property owners. The ideal candidate will bring a genuine passion for hospitality, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to creating positive experiences. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for owners—providing education, guidance, and support to ensure their satisfaction and long-term success.
You’ll also play an active role in driving property performance through strategic marketing initiatives, dynamic pricing, listing optimization, and thoughtful review management. With your professionalism and exceptional communication skills, you’ll handle challenges with care and maintain the trust and confidence of every owner you serve.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strong, professional relationships with property owners.
- Provide education and guidance to help owners set realistic expectations and better understand the vacation rental industry.
- Drive profitability for each property through effective marketing, dynamic pricing, listing optimization, and review management.
- Handle challenges with professionalism, using de-escalation and problem-solving skills when communicating with owners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Genuine passion for working with people and creating positive experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to team success.
- Exhibits strong emotional resilience and composure under pressure.
- Approaches challenges with strategic thinking and a growth-oriented leadership mindset.
- Proficiency with computers, organizational tools, and task management.

Annual Salary: Starting at $50,000
