The Owner Relations Manager (ORM) at The Crescent is a highly sought-after position that offers a unique opportunity to become part of our growing team in a beautiful coastal environment. This position reports directly to the General Manager, and is responsible for acting as the liaison between homeowners and rental management.
As part of your duties, you’ll need to be able to expertly foster an efficient and friendly atmosphere at The Crescent that resonates with clients, owners, and renters alike, ensuring the quality standards for all services provided by Scenic Stays are upheld.
To be the ideal candidate, you should possess excellent leadership skills and demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer service excellence. You’ll need to have strong interpersonal skills as well as love working in the hospitality industry with people from around the world.

- Act as the main point of contact for our Scenic Stays rental owners
- Maintain professional working relationships with each owner to facilitate any assistance they may need, including but not limited to rental assistance, upgrades/updates to units/homes, questions on accounting, rate analysis, unit inspections, etc.
- Also responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, such as front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc., as needed.

- Availability for 40 hours of presence on site per week, with flexible scheduling essential during peak times.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
