Position Summary

The Owner Relations Assistant is an entry-level, developmental position designed to support our Owner Relations team while building the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to advance into an Owner Relations Manager role.

This position provides hands-on training and exposure to all aspects of owner relations, including property owner communication, portfolio performance, service recovery, revenue awareness, owner retention, and relationship management. Working alongside one of the highest-performing Owner Relations teams in the vacation rental industry, the Owner Relations Assistant will gain real-world experience through mentorship, collaboration, and daily interaction with property owners and internal departments.
