POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our luxury home portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and qualifying high-end, luxury property leads for the sales team to close. You will use creative strategies to reach out to potential property owners and decision-makers, utilizing cold-calling, networking, social media, and other innovative methods.

 Your efforts will ensure a steady stream of high-quality leads, setting the stage for our sales team to close the deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential leads for new luxury properties.
  • Use various outbound sales techniques to connect with property owners and decision-makers, including high-volume cold-calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking.
  • Deliver leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet Fieldtrip's standards for luxury properties.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Fieldtrip’s offerings and market trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes using CRM tools such as Hubspot.
  • Continuously seek and implement creative strategies for a steady pipeline to improve lead generation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in real estate, luxury goods, or hospitality; the vacation rental industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Comfort and confidence in speaking with high-net-worth individuals and key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
