POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Outbound/Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and other marketing leads to develop strategies and engaging content that resonates with our audience to achieve company goals! The ideal candidate should have a proven track record overseeing the coordination and execution of email marketing/SMS content strategy and affiliate marketing education efforts.
As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of an outbound marketing expert to oversee our re-marketing and engagement campaigns. You will gain invaluable experience amplifying Proper, Wister, and Waivo’s brand reach—boosting digital presence and connecting with our contacts using creativity, strategy, and data insights.
As the lead on our email marketing channels, you will have the opportunity to contribute to increased brand visibility, education, engagement, lead generation, and conversions through careful email curation, audience targeting, testing, and data analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage vacation rental property owners and property managers.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to deliver tailored messages and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling direct mail and email content, including newsletters, promotions, and educational materials.
- Implement email automation workflows to nurture leads, onboard clients, and enhance customer journeys.
- Monitor email campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for higher open and click-through rates.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with regulations and best practices to maximize deliverability and inbox placement.
- Provide regular reports on email marketing performance and contribute to developing email marketing strategies that drive results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns. Cold email and/or sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated strength and excellence in various core marketing functions.
- Strong copywriting skills to craft engaging and persuasive email content.
- Proficiency in email/SMS marketing tools like Active Campaign and Go High Level.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong achievement drive, adaptability to change, and a willingness to learn and grow with a positive attitude.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience and achievement

Schedule: Regular business hours Monday through Friday at our fantastic facility in Bozeman, Montana. Note this is an onsite position.
