POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Operations Manager, your central role revolves around ensuring our operations team functions seamlessly and efficiently while ensuring guests experience nothing short of extraordinary stays.

We will rely on you to foster collaboration and synergy to guarantee that every aspect of our operations aligns with our commitment to excellence. From coordinating maintenance schedules to optimizing housekeeping protocols, your attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our operational procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly supervise and manage market staff, including Field Operations Agent(s), Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams. This includes hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to maintain high standards of excellence.
  • Communicate with homeowners when it pertains to maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Supervise the progress and resolution of guest and homeowner issues and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and routine maintenance tasks, ensuring properties are always impeccably maintained and guest-ready.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and enhance maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping operations within the market.
  • Perform essential administrative duties to support daily operations, including inventory management and task delegation.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to uphold Juniper standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Address guest and homeowner concerns promptly through various communication channels.
  • Travel frequently to various properties within the designated area to oversee operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Create and maintain processes and workflows for all aspects of the operations division.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in property management or hospitality is required, preferably within the vacation rental industry.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including effectively leading and motivating a team, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive relationships with guests and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability in exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of effectively navigating challenges and implementing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
  • Demonstrated dedication to delivering unparalleled customer service, consistently exceeding expectations through personalized interactions and proactive measures.
  • Process-oriented.
