The Opportunity: Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and self-directed Operations Manager to join our team and play a critical role in our next phase of growth. This is not your typical 9-to-5 role—it’s a chance to help build a business from the inside out.
In this role, you will take full ownership of daily operations, with a key focus on building and leading our in-house cleaning team. From recruiting and scheduling to quality control and vendor relations, you’ll be the engine that keeps our operations running smoothly and our properties guest-ready at all times.
This is an ideal position for someone who is naturally organized, tech-comfortable, and thrives on solving problems in real time. You should enjoy a blend of fieldwork and office tasks, and be comfortable working independently without hand-holding. You’ll also have the freedom and responsibility to create scalable systems, improve processes, and directly influence company success.
If you're looking for a role with real responsibility and creative autonomy this is your chance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead an in-house cleaning team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and daily oversight
- Develop and manage cleaning and turnover schedules to ensure timely property readiness
- Conduct on-site inspections to guarantee quality standards before guest check-ins

- Identify and resolve operational issues in real-time with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Manage team schedules, inventories, and vendor performance records
- Implement and optimize operational tools and technology (scheduling, communication, inspections)
- Continuously improve workflows, anticipate bottlenecks, and design systems that scale
- Provide emergency support during weekends or holidays as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of consecutive experience in property management or hospitality operations
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendors with professionalism and accountability
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with a mix of hands-on property work and administrative responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for operational improvement
- Familiarity with property management or scheduling tools is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
What We Offer
- On Track Earnings of $60,000; $50,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonus potential
- Paid time off
- Gym membership reimbursement or wellness perks
- A startup environment with rapid career growth and leadership opportunities
- The autonomy and support to build systems that matter
- The chance to shape the future of a fast-growing business doing meaningful work
