POSITION SUMMARY:
The Full-Time Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations, focusing on maintaining the highest standards of care and creating exceptional experiences for guests and property owners. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration with vendors and team members to ensure properties are impeccably maintained.
The position demands flexibility, including availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call emergencies, with hours that adapt to guest volume and workload.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage preventative and routine maintenance, conduct property inspections, and ensure properties meet safety, quality, and presentation standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Arrange property repairs, secure homeowner approvals, and oversee the completion of projects to ensure timely, high-quality work.
- Guest & Owner Experience: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, analyze feedback to identify service improvements, and implement solutions for enhanced satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing coaching and performance evaluations to align team goals with company values. Foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Efficiency & Technology: Streamline communication, scheduling, and reporting processes using technology tools. Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Reporting: Stay informed of local regulations and company standards. Provide regular reports on maintenance, operations, and guest feedback.
- Budget Management: Monitor property expenses and revenue, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field, with knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and appliances.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously, as well as using technology to streamline processes.
- Proficient in technology and software for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience and achievements.
