POSITION SUMMARY:
Do you excel at juggling multiple priorities, leading, and driving innovation that creates operational excellence?
As our Operations Manager, you’ll spearhead our daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across our field teams in the Tampa area. You’ll lead the team in all areas, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest relations, and vendor partnerships. With a strong background in hospitality—preferably vacation rentals—we’ll rely on you to drive our mission to create unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining impeccable property standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead field teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination to maintain property standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and property owners to ensure seamless operations.
- Solve problems proactively with a solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster growth, engagement, and high performance.
- Apply past experience in hospitality—preferably in vacation rentals—to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of Leadership experience: Experience leading teams, making decisions with confidence, and driving operational success in hospitality (vacation rentals, preferred).
- Experience leading and building hospitality teams rooted in excellence
- Exemplary planning, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Proactive Problem-Solving: You’re a natural at spotting challenges early and taking the initiative to implement practical solutions.
- Effective Communication: You are a strong communicator able to mentor a team member, coordinate with vendors, or resolve a guest's concerns in a clear and professional manner.
- Adaptable and Innovative: You enjoy working in fast-paced environments, embrace change, and aren’t afraid to explore and test new ideas to improve processes and guest experiences.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $75,000 base salary and annual bonus
Bonus: Amount paid annually
