POSITION SUMMARY:

Operations Coordinator/Integrator at Joseph Ellen Properties

At Joseph Ellen Properties, the Operations Coordinator/Integrator does more than manage day-to-day operations—you're a pivotal part of the force driving them. In this role, you’ll work closely with our visionary CEO to develop actionable steps that turn our big-picture vision into measurable results.

Your daily mission will be to oversee day-to-day operations of the business, including big picture projects, KPI tracking, systems and process improvements, and strategic initiatives to drive the business forward operationally. You’ll work to enhance the profitability of our properties, boost occupancy rates, and ensure our guests and property owners receive exceptional service.

As a key management team member, you will be responsible for implementing and operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), promoting alignment and accountability within your role, and fostering an environment of sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations to maintain high occupancy rates, high quality, and profitability of vacation rental properties within our program.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and local branding campaigns.
  • Serve as a liaison for property owners, ensuring compliance with regulations and satisfaction with management services.
  • Conduct market analyses, oversee rate planning, homeowner renewals, and actively participate in owner-acquisition initiatives to support strategic growth (with additional profit-sharing opportunities awarded).
  • Implement and manage the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to align operational department goals with company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Handle financial oversight, including budget management, and lead technology implementation and property onboarding processes.
  • Work side by side with the CEO to drive high-level projects that will grow the company and achieve long-term goals.
  • Drive community outreach programs to strengthen local partnerships and enhance company reputation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Vacation rental management experience is required.
  • Must be tech-savvy with vacation rental software, preferably Hostfully and Breezeway.
  • Possesses experience in Marketing, with vacation rental marketing experience preferred
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and expenses effectively
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Working knowledge of EOS considered a major plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Base Salary: $60,000+ based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Pay + quarterly bonus opportunities OTE $70,000
