POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for a motivated and energetic National Listings Lead Conversion Specialist who thrives on connecting with people and turning opportunities into appointments. In this role, you'll be the critical first touchpoint for potential listing clients across the country, using your natural enthusiasm and persuasive communication style to qualify leads, overcome objections, and schedule high-quality appointments for our agent team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Call, text, and email listing leads to set qualified appointments for agents (speed-to-lead matters)
  • Follow proven scripts while keeping conversations natural, confident, and consultative
  • Qualify each lead for motivation, timeline, decision-makers, competition, and pricing expectations
  • Handle objections (timing, commission, "just curious," "talking to other agents," etc.) and move leads to a clear next step
  • Maintain accurate CRM records: notes, statuses, tags, follow-up tasks, and appointment details
  • Confirm appointments and improve show rate through reminders and pre-appointment preparation
  • Track and report daily/weekly activity and conversion metrics (calls, contacts, set rate, show rate)
  • Operate within real estate compliance guidelines; do not provide brokerage services beyond your role/scope unless properly licensed and authorized

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of inside sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, or call-heavy client-facing experience
  • Strong phone presence: confident, clear, and able to guide conversations to an outcome
  • Proven follow-up discipline (you do not "set it and forget it")
  • High attention to detail with consistent CRM usage (notes, tasks, next steps)
  • Comfort being measured weekly on activity + conversion scorecards
  • Ability to work in-office in Asheville, NC on the stated schedule
  • Professional written communication for texts/emails with strong grammar

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Bonus

This role includes a performance-based bonus plan tied directly to lead conversion outcomes. Bonuses are earned monthly based on the number of qualified listing appointments set and held, with added emphasis on appointment quality, follow-up consistency, and CRM accuracy. In addition, there is a quarterly performance bonus that may be awarded when the team meets defined pipeline and closed-transaction goals from leads originated and managed by the ISA's workflow. All bonuses are based on objective tracking in our CRM (including required qualification details, speed-to-lead, and show rate standards) and are designed to reward strong execution without encouraging "junk" appointments.
