POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is not for someone who simply manages ideas—it’s for a "doer " who brings creativity, strategy, and execution together seamlessly. As the Director of Marketing, you’ll be helping shape our marketing strategy, drive revenue, and craft our brand reputation in the community. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a hands-on leader who loves to get into the details, make data-driven decisions, and see your ideas come to life.
A typical day might include brainstorming to develop an upcoming campaign, digging into performance metrics to optimize current strategies, or working with the leadership team to align marketing goals with business objectives. In the afternoon, you might be creating content for property listings or promotional materials to ensure everything is in line with our brand voice and values. Your schedule will also include representing the brand at local events and meeting community partners, media, and influencers to build relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive bookings, revenue, and brand growth across multiple channels, ensuring measurable success.
- Lead the creation of high-quality content, including copy, photography, and video, to enhance property listings, websites, and promotional materials while driving engagement and traffic through blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Oversee ad spend, digital campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives, leveraging analytics to optimize targeting, performance, and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, media outlets, and influencers to increase brand exposure and representation at key events
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing objectives with business goals and ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
- Analyze data to track ROI, adjust strategies, and ensure continuous improvement of marketing efforts.
- Balance multiple priorities while managing a dynamic team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, results-oriented marketing solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, vacation rental, or real estate industry
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong skills in copywriting, SEO, social media management, ad campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable being physically present in the market for events, sponsorships, and community engagement.
- A passion for creativity paired with a data-driven mindset.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience and achievement
