RESPONSIBILITIES:
Here’s what you’ll be doing day to day:
- Represent the organization at networking events, community gatherings, and strategic meetings to build powerful referral and brand relationships.
- Cultivate partnerships with doctors, churches, schools, business owners, and influencers to drive consistent client referrals and community visibility.
- Lead the creation and execution of content marketing strategies across social media, blogs, email campaigns, and paid ads to attract ideal clients.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with engaging, mission-aligned content that drives interaction and inquiries.
- Develop and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to increase brand awareness and attract cash-pay clients.
- Track key marketing performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems and use insights to guide decision-making.
- Report monthly on campaign results, lead conversions, referral success, and revenue impact to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required)
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or community engagement—healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
- Proven success in lead generation, relationship-building, and campaign execution
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and social media strategy
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and performance tracking
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A strong personal alignment with My Therapy Connection’s mission and values
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 Total OTE
