POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you interested in helping to build a brand by crafting and executing a marketing strategy for a young and growing company? We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel and hospitality, possess strong organizational skills, and have a creative mindset to support our marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with executive leadership on branding, campaigns, advertising, social media strategy, digital presence, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to build our hospitality brand and promote vacation rental properties.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Create engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and email newsletters to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Optimize our digital presence by reviewing vacation rental listings, arranging photos, and writing inspirational descriptions.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for promotional events and trade shows.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years previous experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and tech platforms such as social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics, graphic design, and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for travel and hospitality industry trends.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $40,000 - $65,000
