POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for someone like you to help shape our story and strategy. As our on-site full-time Marketing Associate in Lake Geneva, you'll dive into a role combining your creativity and analytical skills to craft campaigns that capture our audience's attention and create results. You will lead the storytelling of our brand, crafting marketing strategies that enhance our visibility and propel our growth.

In this role, you'll take ownership of content creation, digital campaign management, and market analysis. Your day-to-day will involve crafting compelling content that works across multiple platforms—think email, web, and social. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow into a data analytics pro, testing, optimizing, and maximizing lead generation alongside our supportive sales team and analyzing market trends to inform data-driven decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Craft compelling marketing materials across various channels (think email, social media, web)
  • Spearhead outbound email campaigns that resonate with our target audience
  • Leverage your CRM expertise to manage and track marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure flawless execution of marketing assets
  • Become a data analysis pro, using A/B testing to optimize campaigns and maximize lead generation
  • Partner with the sales team to develop strategies that support their goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Thinks strategically and creatively, with a passion for developing impactful marketing campaigns
  • Has a strong command of CRM systems, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Takes the lead on projects, managing timelines and ensuring top-quality deliverables
  • Can craft clear, concise, and engaging written and verbal communication
  • Analyzes data like a pro, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Adapts to changing trends and adjusts tactics accordingly thrives in a collaborative environment and works seamlessly with various teams
  • Has a keen eye for detail and ensures brand consistency across all marketing materials

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field (e.g., marketing assistant, agency experience).

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in CRM campaign management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Zoho experience a plus.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel). Working knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.

Software Skills: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Additional Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Real estate experience a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience and achievement
