POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maimon Group is looking for a detail-oriented and supportive Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will edit and enhance marketing materials using Canva, create marketing content such as banners, flyers, and social media artworks from existing templates, and assist with data management in CRM systems and other online tools after training.

You will also handle basic technical tasks like setting up email signatures and creating QR codes, managing website content on the back end, and support data organization in Office and Google apps. Additionally, you will assist with ordering merchandise, including vendor sourcing, communication, and accounting. Your responsibilities will also include creating textual content for marketing materials based on guidelines from the Marketing Manager and supporting social media activities by posting content according to company protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Editing textual information and visual content of marketing materials in Canva. Doesn't require professional design skills.
  • Prompt creation of marketing materials (banners, flyers, social media artworks) from existing templates. Only creating copies of existing materials for new products and services. Doesn't require professional design skills
  • Assistance with data management in CRM and other online tools / platforms after training
  • Execution on basic technical tasks such as: email signature setup for new employees, QR code creation. Doesn't require programmer / IT skills.
  • Assistance with managing content in the website back-end (CMS)
  • Assistance with data organization in Office / Google apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Assistance with ordering merchandise. Sourcing vendors, vendor communications, obtaining leadership's approval, handling accounting.
  • Supervise or independently create textual content for marketing materials based on Marketing Manager's guidelines and brand verbiage, applying their own written skills and using AI
  • Assist with posting on social media according to company style and social media protocols

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good or excellent command of written English. A college degree or a course certificate in letters, arts, and sciences is a bonus
  • Basic design editing skills with Canva. Photoshop is a bonus but not a requirement
  • Experienced with managing software with CRM functionalities, and/or fast learner in the technology area
  • Driven self-starter who can meet or beat deadlines, balance multiple priorities and proactively seek to take on additional tasks
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of social media algorithms and features: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, youTube
  • Great command of WordPress, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data organization apps
  • Understanding of luxury lifestyle and the respective target audience

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $8 - $12

Schedule

  • Must be available during USA Business hours
  • Minimum 6 hours/day | 4-5 days/week
  • Approx. 120 hours / month
  • Flexible schedule for uninterrupted at-desk work
  • Availability to answer emerging questions during off-the-clock hours
  • Requirement: execute on tasks in a timely manner, being available and responsive on the days it was agreed on.
