POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Marketing and Sales Manager, you’ll shape how our community experiences and connects with our brand. This isn’t about following trends. It’s about identifying opportunities, building strategies and campaigns that resonate with our clients as well as increasing engagement and sales.
In this role, you’ll tackle various marketing tasks, including managing social media, building relationships, organizing standout events, and collaborating with our culinary team to highlight our unique offerings. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the market and restaurant, including materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Supervise the agency who manages our social media presence creating engaging content to attract target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Plan and organize events like trade shows, product launches, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales, enhance loyalty, and position the brand as friendly and resourceful.
- Monitor sales performance and ROI for marketing campaigns, suggesting adjustments to meet financial goals and business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, negotiating contracts with suppliers, schools, churches, and charities.
- Oversee sales budgets and motivate teams to achieve financial targets while aligning efforts with organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Marketing and Sales experience, preferably in supermarkets
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: To be negotiated

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Saturday
