POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Marketing Analyst at Curated Vacation Properties in Charleston, SC you will play a key role in shaping our brand presence and guest experience through thoughtful strategy, collaboration, and content. You’ll help build and manage a local partner network—restaurants, tour operators, wellness providers, and more—while developing marketing efforts that offer value to guests and strengthen community ties.

Your position includes capturing compelling content from our properties and the surrounding area, maintaining a consistent marketing calendar, and supporting the team with both digital and print collateral. You'll also oversee the performance of email and SMS campaigns and drive direct bookings. A crucial aspect of the role is making sure our marketing systems are connected and running smoothly across platforms. This is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of our email marketing program to target and nurture past guests.
  • Build automated post-checkout flows, monthly newsletters, seasonal campaigns, and one-off email blasts.
  • Design and launch SMS campaigns that engage guests at key points in the guest journey and promote direct bookings.
  • Build and optimize our marketing tech stack using tools like StayFi, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and Google Sheets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels.
  • Monitor key marketing KPIs like open rates, click-through rates, direct booking attribution, and ROI.
  • Optimize the full guest journey—from top-of-funnel website visits to bottom-of-funnel bookings.
  • Own CVP's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Launch and manage an influencer and UGC (user-generated content) strategy to extend brand reach and drive engagement.
  • Maintain brand standards across all visuals and messaging to ensure consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or two (2) years of proven experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot Marketing Hub, StayFi, and Google Sheets.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on marketing performance.
  • Knowledge of SMS marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a self-starter attitude.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
