POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician, who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, can handle the freedom of the open road and enjoys ensuring our properties are always in pristine condition.
Your day-to-day?
Carry out routine inspections, tackle preventative maintenance and handle any issues that pop up, from appliance repairs to urgent plumbing leaks. This role demands someone proactive with a knack for problem-solving and ready to step up
to the plate even after hours for emergencies. Bring your maintenance experience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preventative maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine inspections of vacation rental properties to identify maintenance needs and address issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance tasks, including work orders, repairs, replacements and report any issues to the Facilities Manager.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
- Be available for on-call duties after hours and on days off to address urgent maintenance requests or emergencies, as required.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, such as plumbing leaks, power outages, or HVAC failures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Experience in power washing, pest control, pool maintenance, painting, drywall repair and other similar jobs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance needs proactively.
- Basic computer skills for recording and tracking maintenance activities.
- Willingness to be on-call after hours and on days off, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000
