POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician/General Laborer who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, can manage their time well, and enjoys ensuring short-term rentals are always pristine and ready to welcome the next guests.
Your day-to-day?
This position will require you to clean pools 1-2 times per week and perform routine and preventative maintenance, such as pest control, trash removal, power washing, barbeque cleaning, and A/C filter replacement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager
- Keep accurate records of completed maintenance tasks, including work orders, repairs, and replacements, and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role performing maintenance duties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance needs proactively.
- Basic computer skills for recording and tracking maintenance activities.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $15 - $17 per hour based on experience and achievement
