The External Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests and homeowners by maintaining the external areas of our properties. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, regular inspections, and pool servicing to ensure our properties are in top-notch condition. The primary goal is to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our guests and homeowners, fostering a sense of satisfaction and comfort during their stay.
- Preventative Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections of external areas, including Beach Equipment Storage, outdoor amenities, and general outdoor spaces, to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the external areas in optimal condition.
- Pool Maintenance:
- Service and maintain home pools according to established protocols. ○ Monitor and balance water chemical levels to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the pools.
- Clean and maintain pool areas, including pool decks and surrounding facilities.
- Guest and Owner Interaction:
- Interact with guests and homeowners in a courteous and professional manner.
- Address maintenance concerns and requests promptly to enhance their overall experience.
- Quality and Customer Service:
- Uphold the highest standards of quality in all maintenance and servicing tasks.
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service to improve the experience of our guests and homeowners.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of pool maintenance and chemicals is preferred. Full training will be given.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: $18.00 - $22.00
