We’re looking for a skilled and conscientious Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual ready to roll up their sleeves and apply their maintenance expertise in our growing company.
Your Role on the Team
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for helping maintain the high standards of our vacation properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include various maintenance tasks, from addressing electrical and plumbing issues to repairing appliances and ensuring our HVAC systems run smoothly. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve in-home technology problems will ensure our guests enjoy a stress-free experience. The ability to think on your feet and respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently will also be crucial to ensure minimal disruption to a guest's stay.

- Promptly respond to service requests and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Conduct comprehensive interior and exterior maintenance, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repairs.
- Handle installation and troubleshooting of locks, thermostats, sensors, and in-home technology such as TVs and Wi-Fi.
- Oversee outdoor maintenance tasks, including building roadside signage, property appearance for guest check-in, and poly cart disposal bin management.
- Utilize company software and apps for accurate reporting and communication on work orders and maintenance activities.
- Maintain clean, well-equipped company maintenance vehicles and ensure a safe, orderly work environment at company facilities and rental properties.
- Engage professionally with homeowners, guests, vendors, and coworkers, and be adaptable to perform varied duties as assigned.
- Maintenance experience, preferably in residential properties or similar service environments.
- Proficient in addressing common repair issues in rental homes, including basic carpentry and intermediate diagnostic skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
- Skilled in maintaining a clean, safe work environment and adept in using technology for work order management.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work-related tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative in completing tasks and resolving issues.
- Capability to manage the pressures of a high-demand hospitality setting, maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $16 - $20 per hour based on experience and achievement
