POSITION SUMMARY:
Cinnamon Beach Vacations is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Palm Coast, FL. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems and keeping properties in excellent condition. You’ll handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across our vacation rentals, ensuring every home meets our high standards for comfort and functionality.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and a solid work ethic. If you take pride in your work and want to play a key role in delivering great guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across vacation rental properties, including plumbing, electrical, and general handyman tasks
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential problems before they impact guests
- Ensure all homes meet company cleanliness, safety, and quality standards prior to guest arrivals
- Maintain detailed records of completed repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the operations team for larger repairs or specialized projects
- Install, troubleshoot, and replace household appliances, fixtures, locks, and other essential equipment
- Support property turnover processes by assisting with last-minute fixes and ensuring a seamless guest experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in property maintenance, facilities, or a related trade
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair practices
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a professional, guest-friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $50.00
