POSITION SUMMARY:
The Luxury Property Consultant (LPC) is a remote, full-time, commission-only role designed for professionals who are hungry to grow, develop, and build a career in the luxury vacation rental industry.
This is a Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM position with a performance-first, no-excuses culture. You’ll engage with high-potential leads provided by the company, using consultative sales techniques and advanced marketing strategies to establish interest and progress accounts through the sales cycle. You’ll work closely with our Luxury Property Executives (LPEs), who serve as our closing experts.
This role is ideal for those looking to enter the vacation rental industry and continue building their sales and marketing skills. It offers the opportunity to grow within a high-performing, fast-paced team and provides a strong foundation for advancement into senior business development and executive roles. You will be joining a management team with a combined forty years of experience in the vacation rental space. This business development team will continue to expand and create downstream full-time sales, marketing, and business development roles at The Cottages on the Key as well as our sister company, The Compass Collection.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with company-provided leads
- Establish interest and build trust with luxury property owners
- Progress leads through the sales cycle using consultative sales techniques
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospects and maintain consistent outreach
- Leverage advanced marketing and communication tools to nurture leads
- Collaborate with Luxury Property Executives (LPEs) to ensure smooth handoff and successful closings
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve outreach strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- 2+ years in real estate OR 4+ years in hospitality or sales/marketing roles
- Outgoing, highly social, and results-driven
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume lead pipeline
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Background in luxury real estate, vacation rentals, or luxury goods is a plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Confidence and enthusiasm for a commission-only, performance-driven role
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Commission Only – 100% performance-based pay
- Expected range: $61,000 – $100,000+ annually for high performers
