POSITION SUMMARY:
The Luxury Property Advisor is a lead generation specialist responsible for identifying and engaging potential luxury vacation rental homeowners. This role is crucial in connecting high-value clients to our Luxury Property Consultants (Closers), ensuring a seamless transition from initial interest to signed partnership.
This is a fully remote position with a flexible, craft-your-own schedule—perfect for motivated professionals who thrive in a results-driven environment. All leads provided are warm leads—no cold calling required—allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations with homeowners who have interest in maximizing their rental potential.
This role reports to the Director of Sales and works closely with both the sales, business development, and marketing teams to execute high-impact prospecting campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Qualify both B2C and B2B leads for luxury vacation rentals / hospitality properties.
- Focus on prospecting high-end homes/properties into our luxury real estate portfolio.
- Manage a pipeline of leads, following industry-leading communication strategies and best practices.
- Work with warm leads provided by the company—no cold calling involved.
- Utilize performance-driven strategies to close deals and meet targets.
- Maintain consistent outreach and communication with prospective clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven background in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Prefer experience of 2+ years in the real estate space, or 4+ years in the hospitality space, or 4+ years in sales/BD/marketing at reputable companies.
- Highly social, outgoing, and driven to exceed goals.
- Ability to manage a robust pipeline of leads and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in real estate or luxury goods is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working with performance-based pay.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary: $78,000 - $100,000 OTE
