Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of cases from pre-litigation through trial preparation.
You will work directly with attorneys on complex matters involving:
- Business and contract disputes
- Real estate and construction litigation
- Probate and trust litigation
This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts case strategy and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Manage court filings and litigation deadlines (state & federal)
- Support case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Organize case materials, exhibits, and trial binders
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong background in commercial or civil litigation
- Experience from case inception through trial prep
- Proficiency with Arizona e-filing and case management systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
- Strong writing and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: 85,000 - 96,000
Bonus
Annual bonuses are discretionary.
