RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Vital to the role are strong legal research and persuasive writing skills, extensive experience in motion practice, discovery disputes, depositions, and more. Expected to bill a minimum of 1750 hours per year to commercial and civil litigation cases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Must be an active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
- 3-8 years of experience in civil litigation, with some experience in commercial litigation.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
Bonus: Bonus consideration.
