POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Lead Linen & Packing Operations Coordinator to take ownership of daily linen logistics in support of our vacation rental operations. This hands-on role goes beyond packing — it includes coordinating linen priorities, assisting with inventory tracking, performing quality checks, and transporting linens between facilities. Acting as the on-site point of contact, the Lead Coordinator helps connect the laundry, packing, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations and consistently high service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the lead linen packer at the Port St. Joe facility, ensuring accurate and efficient packing of linens for all turnovers.
- Coordinate packing priorities to meet daily and weekly operational needs.
- Perform quality checks on linens to uphold brand and hospitality standards.
- Maintain accurate counts during packing; flag shortages or inconsistencies to leadership.
- Take ownership of keeping the packing area clean, safe, and organized throughout the week.
- Prepare the facility at the end of each week so it is stocked, orderly, and ready for the following week's packing operations.
- Work alongside other team members during high-volume turnover days to keep packing operations flowing smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctual work history.
- Ability to consistently maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Strong attention to detail in packing, counting, and quality checking linens.
- Able to work with minimal oversight, showing initiative and accountability without requiring constant direction.
- Physically able to lift and move linen bundles up to 50 lbs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, operations or production environment.
- Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, including weekends.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.00 based on experience
