POSITION SUMMARY:
Carpenter needed who can fix just about anything thrown their way!

At Heirloom we take care of the homes for hundreds of families that depend on our work. We need a carpenter that can methodically break down and rebuild anything we throw at them. You’ll be responsible for measure-twice-cut-once quality and efficiency as you work on site with the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately assess situations
- Execute specific scopes of work
- Job Site Safety & Cleanliness
- Customer Satisfaction
- Detailed Communication
- Order and Return Materials
- Input daily hours, receipts, notes and pictures into tracking software
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Minimum of 5 years of residential construction/remodeling experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to work safely at heights
- Ability to bend, crouch, squat, stand, and move comfortably for 8–10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs without restriction
- Based in the Duluth / Superior / Twin Ports area
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Pay Range: $25.00 - $33.00
