It can’t be said enough how crucial this role is in delivering exceptional experiences for our owners and guests, ensuring they enjoy a well-maintained vacation environment from the moment they arrive at our door.

The Details:

As the Lawn and Snow Care Professional, your time will be split between multiple properties in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. This will require you to have a reliable vehicle with a driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driver’s record. But don’t let not having a car hold you back from applying. For the right candidate, there’s the possibility that a company vehicle could be provided. We will also provide you with lawn, snow care tools and equipment.

In this position, your daily responsibilities will draw upon your expertise in lawn care and snow maintenance (seasonal). Tasks will involve weekly or biweekly mowing, trimming, weeding, backpack blowing, watering, and spring and fall clean-up for regular lawn maintenance. During winter, your tasks will include clearing snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and sidewalks using the company's snow removal equipment.

If there’s a project beyond your expertise, we’ll rely on you to connect with third-party vendors to get the job done.
