Position Summary
Cape & Coast Premier Properties is seeking a process-driven and results-oriented Laundry Facilities Manager to oversee the operation of our laundry facility supporting our vacation rental portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and operational efficiency, taking ownership of production planning, labor optimization, and equipment performance. You will ensure consistent, high-quality linen processing through strong systems, preventative maintenance, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the laundry facility to ensure efficient processing of linens and supplies
- Monitor production flow and adjust staffing to handle occupancy-driven volume spikes
- Plan labor schedules to maximize productivity and minimize overtime costs
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all laundry equipment
- Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Track operational metrics including throughput, labor hours, and equipment performance
- Coordinate with housekeeping leadership to forecast linen demand based on reservations and turnover schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility environment
Qualifications
Required
- Highly process-oriented and detail-driven
- Strong operational planning and labor management skills
- Comfortable analyzing workflows and improving efficiency
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay calm and focused during high-volume operational periods
Preferred
- Experience managing production environments such as laundry, hospitality operations, manufacturing, or facilities management
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Salary: $24.00 - $25.00
Bonus: Performance-based bonuses
