POSITION SUMMARY:
A day in the life of a Laundry Attendant is not just about doing laundry; it's about playing an important role in delivering a comfortable and memorable stay for each guest.
As our Laundry Attendant, you’ll ensure that all linens, towels, and other laundry items are clean and ready for our guests' use. Your duties will include sorting and neatly folding laundry. It will also include inspecting, cleaning, and restocking the Warehouse amenities daily. You’re the right person for the job if you are detail-oriented and organized.
While some may see laundry as a mundane task, at Margaritaville Beach Cottages, we understand that the little things make a big difference. A fresh, fluffy towel or crisply folded sheet can elevate a guest's stay from good to great. It's our Laundry Attendants who make this possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Throughly inspect linens for any discrepancies and notify Warehouse Manager
- Folding laundered linens with precision.
- Creating linen packs by skillfully assembling them for timely delivery.
- Conducting daily inspections/cleaning of warehouse amenities
- Assist Warehouse Manager with linen deliveries
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail in sorting, folding, and assembling linens.
- Ability to spot stains or damages and take appropriate actions.
- Capable of handling the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving laundry items.
- Stamina for standing and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Communication skills
- Ability to perform duties under pressure
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $14.50 - $16.00 / hour
