In this crucial role, you'll navigate the journey of bringing properties into our portfolio as the primary contact for homeowners to ensure they experience a seamless transition into our program.

What will your day-to-day be like? 

You'll lead the way in onboarding properties from the signing of the contract through their grand debut on Stay Porter and other listing platforms, ready to accept reservations.

To be effective, you’ll need to thrive on workflows and pipelines, refine and uphold our systems, meet deadlines, and manage any issues that arise to make sure each property shines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the entire onboarding process for a rotating portfolio of homes, from contract signing to the listing go-live, including collecting information, coordinating cleaning, inspections, and photography, and ensuring compliance with local STR laws.
  • Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, ensuring a seamless transition as their properties join our portfolio while writing accurate property descriptions for listings.
  • Manage relationships and communication with third-party vendors for services such as photography and housekeeping.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of newly onboarded properties.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve listing performance and occupancy rates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in the vacation rental industry is desired.
  • Familiarity with local short-term rental laws.
  • Ability to write engaging descriptions for rental property listings.
  • Experience using CRM software, including Salesforce, with solid computer skills, including experience with Google software and cloud computing programs.
  • Must be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Grounded in ethical business practices and finds reward in supporting a strong sales organization.
  • Have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license and maintain an auto liability insurance policy that adequately covers the vehicle for business use.
