POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for an energetic and driven Insurance Agent to join our Tampa team. This role is perfect for competitive, results-oriented individuals who thrive on building relationships and influencing outcomes. You’ll take charge of client interactions, confidently present insurance solutions, and drive sales through persuasive communication and strategic thinking.

No insurance experience is required. We are committed to training the right person from the ground up through hands-on coaching, structured development, and ongoing mentorship. If you bring the work ethic, mindset, and motivation to succeed, we will provide the tools, knowledge, and support to help you build a successful career in insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and financial situations.
  • Policy Research and Recommendation: Analyze various insurance products and recommend policies that best fit clients' needs.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and premiums to secure favorable deals for clients that get them them the most coverage while staying within their budget.
  • Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, amendments, and assist clients during the claims process.
  • Risk Assessment: Provide clients with advice on risk management and loss prevention strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all activities comply with legal standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Must not currently hold a 2-15 license ( we help you obtain the license, prep course, and fingerprints)
  • No insurance experience required; we train the right candidates

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

On Track Earning (OTE): $150,000 - $250,000 based on previous experience
