POSITION SUMMARY:
As our Inside Sales Account Executive at Turno, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting short-term rental hosts with the right cleaning services through our innovative marketplace. Your persuasive communication skills, combined with a results-driven mindset, will be key to converting leads, boosting subscriber numbers, and creating positive experiences for our clients.
Our ideal candidate will be familiar with the vacation rental industry and understand the unique challenges and nuances of managing short-term rentals. Empathy for the needs of operations and cleaning teams is essential, as you'll help bridge the gap between hosts and service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Boost the Cleaner Marketplace: Help STR hosts successfully connect with cleaners through our platform, ensuring they find the right match to meet their needs.
- Speed to Lead: Respond to inbound leads within 1 hour, building trust and driving immediate engagement.
- Convert Free Trials: Showcase the value of Turno's platform and turn free trial users into loyal, paying subscribers.
- Work Your Pipeline: Execute daily sequences, callback lists, and follow-up strategies with discipline and focus.
- Expand Your Reach: Mine lead pools for additional prospects and nurture them toward conversion in both the Cleaner Marketplace and subscription plans.
- Create Positive Experiences: Handle light customer support tasks to ensure every client interaction is seamless and successful.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales Expertise: 2+ years in sales or call center roles, with experience handling high call volumes and achieving measurable success.
- Marketplace Know-How (Bonus): Experience working with platforms or industries involving service-provider marketplaces, short-term rentals, or property management is a plus.
- Exceptional Communicator: You excel at building rapport quickly, guiding conversations, and closing deals with confidence.
- Highly Organized: Juggle multiple leads, sequences, and tasks while staying focused and efficient.
- Results-driven: Motivated to exceed targets and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools to maximize productivity.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 base salary plus additional $30,000 at 100% of quota
Bonus: Uncapped commission

Schedule
- Primarily Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday). When a weekend shift is required, you'll have the opportunity to take a different weekday off, ensuring a balanced schedule.
