POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role goes beyond traditional HR, aligning people strategy with business objectives to foster a strong organizational culture while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. They regularly review policies, recommend best practices, and maintain compliance across HR functions.
The ideal candidate anticipates workforce needs, drives strategic recruiting, and provides leadership with insights that enhance engagement, productivity, and accountability. They proactively address challenges, ensuring talent strategies are effective while mitigating risks. They also manage and respond to the HR inbox as scheduled, maintaining a 24-hour response time to communications from team members, leaders, and the HR support team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with leaders to identify talent needs and understand skills and competencies required for positions.
- Implement and manage talent acquisition strategies, including referral programs, community partnerships, job fairs, school collaborations and outreach to unemployment offices to attract a broad and inclusive candidate pool.
- Drafts and posts Job Listings. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Facilitates a seamless onboarding experience for new employees by coordinating background checks, eligibility verifications and managing onboarding in HRIS to ensure compliance and positive integration into the organization.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating open communication and resolving issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Guide leaders in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee performance.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to benefits, and leave; worker's comp, disciplinary matters, investigations; performance and talent management.
- Compiles and analyzes HR metrics to generate reports on key performance measures, supporting data driven decision-making and strategic planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This is an on-site position and does not offer remote work.
- 2 years of Human Resource required.
- Recruiting experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- SHRM-CP /SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric-driven environment, including managing (15+) job requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience partnering and supporting hiring managers preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- 10-15% travel time required for this position

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
